Choose a name for your organization. Fill out the form (along with the name options for the organization) at the regional branch of the Commercial Register in Barcelona. Find a good manager or administrator. This step must be done in accordance with Spanish law. They can be Spaniards with a residence permit or EU citizens. Post an ad to a newspaper or the internet. After that, make an independent selection of candidates.

Open a bank account in your name and deposit the registered capital. Do not forget, at the end of the procedure, to take from the bank a certificate confirming the availability of this amount in the company's account. Register a company with a notary public.
