If a company is created by several participants, it is necessary to distribute shares of the authorized capital between them. Compose and sign an agreement on the creation of an LLC with all participants in the company.

After drawing up all the necessary documents, you must transfer them to the tax. To obtain registration, you must collect the following package of documents: Charter of the LLC, memorandum of association, receipt of payment of state duty, application for state registration of the company, letter of guarantee from the owner of the premises for registration, a notarized copy of the certificate of ownership of the premises.

After submitting these documents, within 5 days, you should receive a response.

If the decision is positive, you will be given a certificate of registration, a certificate of registration with the tax authority, an extract from the register.
