The essence of this type of marketing is that the manufacturing company is recruiting an army of independent distributors who distribute the products, recommending them to friends, relatives and acquaintances. How realistic is it to make money in this type of business?

Choose the network company with which you will collaborate. You may need to spend some time familiarizing yourself with the products and the plan for paying remuneration to companies that are numerous in the domestic market today.

Pay attention to the product distributed by the companies (goods or services). The product should be exclusive (unique), high-quality, in demand and should be located in the middle price category.

Check out the company's marketing plan, also called a reward plan. Ask the person who invited you to the business to explain in detail and in detail the features of payments for the work done.

Check out the conditions under which you can become a distributor of the company. As a rule, the company offers the minimum requirements: to conclude a contract and buy an inexpensive starter kit with the documentation necessary to build your business. From now on, you are entitled to a discount on the purchase of company goods. In fact, this is one of the types of remuneration, since the distributor has the opportunity to buy the product at a wholesale price, which is sometimes 30-50% lower than the price for an ordinary consumer.

Before you swipe for big money, be sure to go through direct sales and network building skills training. In most companies, such training is free and consists of attending seminars, working presentations and in individual work with a mentor to hone practical skills.

Having acquired the initial knowledge and skills, start offering the company's products to other people. It can be your relatives, friends, acquaintances, and even completely strangers, who potentially need and benefit from the company's products. Give the person information about the product and invite him to try to use the product on his own in order to evaluate its quality.

You have every right to offer the buyer to purchase a product from you at a retail price, while the difference between your cost of purchasing products and the price for the buyer to make your profit. Having received several regular customers who are interested in the product, you can count on a relatively small but stable income from personal sales.

The most attractive form of remuneration for a distributor is to receive commissions from building their own distribution organization. Unfortunately, this method requires an investment of time and effort to build a network. To do this, you have to sign several new distributors into your business structure who must do the same.

Over time (from several months to several years), while maintaining activity, you will receive a certain percentage of the volume of goods sold throughout your network. In some cases, the monthly reward of a successful networker can range from several hundred to several thousand dollars.

When planning your activities in network marketing, keep in mind that your financial success is practically not guaranteed and depends only on your desire, perseverance and willingness to constantly learn, mastering new skills and working methods.
