Decide whether you will organize tours yourself or enter into agreements with tour operators. At the initial stage, it is more profitable to work with tour operators. The firm will receive a percentage of the sale of tickets (usually 10).

If you want to go on tours for a few days or weeks yourself, you will need to provide for the purchase of round-trip tickets, arrange with hotels or boarding houses for tourist accommodation, organize basic excursions, take care of insurance. You will have to do this in person or via the Internet. There will be significantly more costs, but you can organize individual tours and assign your own prices to them.
