Today, an order from government agencies can be a good income. But in order to receive such an order, it is necessary to win a competition or, as businessmen call it, a tender. What documents need to be prepared to participate in the competition in order to have a good chance of success?

Study the conditions of the tender - the subject of the tender, the time to complete the work, the maximum cost of the project, the time for receiving documents from the tender participants, the deadlines for summing up or considering applications. The terms of the competition are published on the websites of state institutions for which the delivery of goods or the performance of work is necessary. The customer in an understandable and accessible form will state his requirements, which any competitor can familiarize himself with. According to the requirements set out in the tender documentation, a project is being developed with a detailed description of proposals for the implementation of certain works, services, supplies. The customer can place an application in print media or on the websites of the city, region, country.

Submit an application for participation in the tender in electronic form (it can be found on the city administration website or on federal portals). In addition, an application for a tender can be made in writing, attaching to this application all the above documents. Many experts advise sending documents by registered mail with a notification or by courier. In both cases, the sender of the letter will receive a form that will bear the signature of the person responsible for receiving the tender documentation.

Find out the date of opening the envelopes. On this day, you need to come to the office of the tender committee and, together with the other bidders, observe the opening of envelopes and the voicing of proposals.

Expect the decision of the selection committee regarding the winner of the tender. Keep track of any changes to the date the contest is closed. The customer has the right to change the end date of the competition if the participant - the winner of the competition refuses to conclude an agreement, if it is not possible to select the winner for the projects sent to the competition and an additional interview is required. In case of victory, you will be invited to the customer to conclude an agreement with him for the supply of the indicated goods or the provision of services to the municipal or state institution.
