A cooperative is an association of citizens to meet economic or other needs and the construction of real estate with the help of mutual contributions. The creation of an organization and joining a cooperative is regulated by article No. 116 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

To join the cooperative, contact the chairman of the created association. Present your application, passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. A foreign citizen registered in the Russian Federation can also become a member of a cooperative community. Another condition for joining is the age of 18 years, that is, a candidate for joining a cooperative must be of legal age, be fully capable and solvent. Some communities require, in addition to the application, enclosing a questionnaire with personal data and brief information about yourself.

To confirm solvency and legal capacity, you will be asked to present a certificate of employment or a work book, tax identification number and a photocopy, a pension insurance certificate and a photocopy. The decision on your entry will be made by all members of the current cooperative at the general meeting by voting.

If the majority of the members of the current association voted "for" the adoption of a new member, the membership is considered approved, but for the final receipt of the membership book a number of conditions must be met.

You can become a member of a cooperative after submitting documents, applications, applications and paying the entry fee, additional fees in accordance with applicable tariffs. Next, you will have to pay the monthly shares established by the internal legal documents of the association.

After payment of all contributions provided by the community, you will be introduced to internal legal acts, the charter, other available regulatory documents governing the activities of the cooperative. You must strictly abide by all applicable regulations of the association, for the non-observance of which may result in exclusion from the community.
