If you intend to open the purchase of products from precious metals, you will need a number of permits from Rosfinmonitoring (only for pawnshops) and the Assay Office.

Find out which branch of the State Assay Inspection Inspectorate is your purchase or pawnshop. Prepare the following documents: - a certified copy of the state registration certificate; - certified copies of constituent documents and the charter; - a registration card (in 2 copies) filled out in the prescribed form; - EGRIP / Unified State Register of Legal Entities and statistics codes; - TIN; - certified copies of documents for the premises. Obtain a certificate of registration, valid for 5 years and certified by employees of the state inspection card.

If you plan to open a pawnshop, contact the Rosfinmonitoring department. Please note: the person who is responsible for the internal monitoring of the enterprise (manager or employee) submitting documents (application and a completed registration card certified by a notary) must have an economic or legal education. Within 10 days you will receive a notification of registration with Rosfinmonitoring.
