Firstly, opening IP is cheaper and easier. Secondly, regarding reporting and document management, the criteria for IP are much lower. And, an important plus, is a simplified taxation system (with areas ≥ 150 sq.m), as well as the probability of registering it as a general tax on imputed income, if less than 150 sq.m.

Documentation and approvals

Women's clothing does not have to be certified, but there must be a declaration of conformity with GOST RF, making out which you must have a package of documents.

For products manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation, you will need:

- application for registration of the declaration;

- normative and technical documentation for products;

- documents state. registration OGRN, TIN;

- a document of ownership of the leased or redeemed premises;

- documentation confirming the quality of materials used in the manufacture of products sold.

When selling imported clothing it will be necessary:

- application for registration of the declaration;

- A copy of the contract with the supplier;

- internal charter of the enterprise;

- certificate of state. registration OGRN, TIN;

- description of the goods (composition, properties, etc.);

- certificates of conformity of quality of the country of manufacture.

To open a retail store, permission from the Fire Inspection and Rospotrebnadzor will be required. If the store is the premises of the shopping center, the administration will take care of these documents, but if an individual point opens, you need to independently obtain the necessary approvals.
