A business card of a company is a kind of mini-presentation, which largely affects the attitude of customers and potential partners to the company. Errors in the text, poorly chosen design, unreadable font, cheap printing - all this can lead people to the idea that they are dealing with an enterprise that should not be trusted.

What should be a good business card for the company

It should be noted that all business cards of companies are divided into two types: information, i.e. containing the basic information about the company, and individual, made for each employee, but at the same time sustained in the same style. It is recommended to make cards of both types.

It is important that the business card is memorable. Plain black text on a white background is a bad option, because when looking at dozens of cards from competing firms, a person should pay attention to yours. This will be facilitated by a stylish, carefully thought out, original design. You should not save on the services of a specialist or on the quality of the press: a stressedly cheap business card causes unpleasant associations and does not contribute to improving the opinion of the company.

Pay particular attention to the text that will be printed on the business card. If we are talking about a company, one name is not enough: you need to specify the website address, phone number, type of activity and other important information. If you are preparing template business cards for employees, indicate the position, contact phone number, corporate email. Information should be easily accessible: non-contrasting characters merging with the background, and poorly readable fonts are excluded.

Finally, the company’s business card should have standard sizes. Often people who use many different cards start a separate album for them, and if your business card does not fit in your pocket, it is likely that they will simply be thrown out.
