Proceed with concluding a lease agreement with the owner if you plan to occupy an already equipped facility. Any contract concluded must be secured by the tax authorities and the registration service. Documents on the ground, as well as identity papers, must be submitted to the EIRC. Within a month, you will be sent official documents confirming your ownership of the land.

Obtain permission for the construction of the facility, if necessary. This must be done in the bodies of the municipal formation and local government. Present your application, a copy of the certificate of ownership of the site and its cadastral plan, as well as the project of all buildings with a scheme for connecting utility networks. Permission will be sent for approval by the head of the district or other municipal formation.

Go through the registration of the company. Present to the licensing authority at the place of residence constituent documents, including a diploma, certificates of conformity and a certificate of primary specialization. The license will be issued within 30 business days.

Equip facilities in accordance with sanitary norms SanPiN 2.2.4.548-96, especially if your specialty is livestock breeding.
