Secrets of a successful business: what should be the company's annual report?

The annual report (hereinafter referred to as the GO) of the organization, regardless of the size of the business, is the main instrument of financial communications. The content, scope and execution of civil defense in some countries, for example, in the UK, are actively discussed by the public, and competitions are even organized on such documents. In other words, many medium and large companies donate a lot of money to reports that are truly attractive and informative. This kind of civil defense can be safely called a forum through which the company expresses its attitude, influences, preaches, sets forth and discusses any number of issues and topics.

An open Shareholder Letter often sets the tone for public company reports. Such letters usually focus on aspects such as the results of the past year, company initiatives and its strategies, market conditions, significant business events, new managers and directors. This document is signed by the chairman of the board of directors. May the president of the company or its chief operating officer.

Some of these letters may contain a dozen or even more pages and include photographs of the CEO in various poses.

More often, however, these letters are significantly shorter and amount to only 3, 000 words, or even less.

Other organizations compile large and multilateral reports in a proven format that they use annually with minor changes that usually apply to data updates.

In any case, the best GO is the one that clearly defines the strategies used for profitable growth and putting the organization in a favorable light.
