Many people who decide to open their own business do not begin to translate their ideas into reality, and if they succeed in starting a business, then they crash almost immediately. The collapse of the business occurs for various reasons, both external and internal. Often, personal qualities of character lead to the collapse of a business.

Unfortunately, there are some qualities of a person that do not allow him to be a businessman, entrepreneur.

Firstly, a person who decided to go in for business must constantly develop, possess many skills and knowledge. The future leader must understand accounting, know the legislation of the Russian Federation, have sales and marketing skills. Of course, you can hire specialists, but this is not enough. There is no guarantee that they will do everything at the highest level.

Secondly, a person who decides to open a business should be sociable. He must be able to find and maintain contacts with new people, otherwise the work will turn into something terrible.

Thirdly, you have to lower the standard of living of your family. A business requires large investments, even those that you did not plan. If you are not ready to invest only at first, then business is not for you.

Fourth, you must be a risky person. You must be able to take risks, be gambling, and at the same time not become depressed with every unsuccessful action. Money, like business, loves risk.

Fifth, all entrepreneurs are prone to introspection. You must make something useful and good for yourself from everything, even from unsuccessful actions.

Sixth, you should be prepared to sell. The whole small business rests on sales. First, you will sell yourself, your services, goods almost every second.

Also, be mentally prepared for the fact that you have to spend less time on the family. Business, as a child, requires a lot of time and effort.
