Choose staff carefully, trying to interview each individual, not group, and not hiring other people for this for a fee. There are several reasons for this: firstly, it is you who are their immediate boss and will be able to convey ideas and thoughts directly to them, and secondly, communication with the “top” will allow future employees to get to work with you from the very beginning, and not just to carry out professional duty for the sake of money due to a lack of work at all.
