Before you start registering an auto club, decide what goals and objectives it will fulfill. And also solve issues with financing, obtaining and distributing profit from the club’s activities, if the income is, of course, planned. Depending on the proposed activity, a car club can be registered as a non-profit organization or, conversely, as a commercial organization.

To create a non-profit organization, hold a general meeting of members of the future auto club, at which it is necessary to adopt the charter and sign the constituent agreement. Then write an application for state registration in the form of PH 0001, attach the adopted charter, the memorandum of association, the minutes of the meeting on the decision to create a car club, a letter of guarantee on the provision of organization premises and a photocopy of the payment of the state fee. Hand over the collected package of documents for registration of a car club to the regional branch of the registration chamber under the Ministry of Justice.

When registering a car club as a non-profit organization, keep in mind that despite the fact that under the law of an NPO (non-profit organization) it is allowed to do business in order to ensure its vital functions, you will have to quarterly document that the profit received was used exclusively for the development of the car club. Otherwise, serious problems may arise, and a decision was made to liquidate NPOs. Therefore, it is often easier to register a car club as a regular commercial organization, such as an LLC.

To register a car club as an LLC, first decide on organizational issues (how many founders will have a car club, what is the amount of registered capital, types of planned activities and the tax system). After that, collect the package of documents necessary for registering your auto club with the tax office. Write a statement on form P11001. Please note that the signature of the applicant must be notarized.

Attach to the application the minutes of the meeting of the founders (or the decision of the sole founder of the auto club), the charter, the receipt on payment of state duty, the list of participants of the LLC. If the company has more than 2 founders, then an agreement on the formation of the company will be required, as well as a statement on the provision by the registration authority of a copy of the charter with a note on the authenticity of the document. Print, sew, sign and file all documents with the tax office. In a week, it will be possible to obtain a certificate of state registration of a legal entity and start working.

The founder who signed the application with the notary must file documents with the tax office. But by proxy, it can be replaced by any other person.
