Instruction manual

1

Carry out an analysis of the industry to which your enterprise belongs and identify a circle of long-term activities to achieve specific goals, depending on:

- competitiveness of the enterprise;

- the amount of resources that will be required to achieve the goals;

- the time allotted for the resolution of certain problems associated with the organization of the enterprise.

2

In general terms, the strategic plan should have the following points:

- trends in the development of your industry;

- The position of your company in the industry;

- The main objectives of the development of your enterprise;

- financial problems that must be solved to achieve goals;

- actions to create competitive advantages;

- measures for the reorganization of the enterprise, necessary to achieve the goals.

3

There are three main types of development of an enterprise strategy in the market, taking into account all the points of the general plan. If you decide during the reorganization of the enterprise to achieve the maximum reduction in production costs and sales of goods, you will have to strengthen the material and technical and engineering design base, as well as ensure the operation of the supply and marketing system.

4

Enterprises of the second type focus on specialization in the production of goods in order to create undeniable competitive advantages in the shortest possible time. However, for this you will have to hire a large number of highly qualified specialists in marketing, design and R&D. In addition, considerable expenses will be required both for providing your high-tech production with ordinary personnel, and for purchasing the necessary equipment.

5

The third type of strategy involves fixing on any one segment of the market and the concentration of all production capacities in this segment. To do this, you will need to conduct a serious analysis not only of your industry, but also of other industries in the products of which your target audience is interested. Choosing the third type, you can either achieve the maximum reduction in the cost of producing goods at your enterprise, or declare yourself as a company specializing in some specific types of goods manufactured by your industry.
