Everyone knows the concept of "Thirteenth Salary." This is what the people call the annual award, which is one of the motivating tools in many domestic enterprises. This type of bonus can be accrued in the program ZUP 3.1.

The program "1C: Salary and Personnel Management, version 3" provides for the accrual of bonuses for the year. To do this, it is necessary to make certain settings in it, and then choose the charging method and the payment procedure.

Initial setup

In order to configure the ZUP 3.1 program for calculating the bonus according to the results of the year, the following manipulations should be performed:

- First of all, you need to go to the page "Initial setup of the program";

- you should click the "Apply Settings" button (in the "Charges" window two types of premium calculation will appear);

- you need to use the button "Annual bonus";

- it is necessary to put a mark opposite the line "Accrued annual bonus".

Accrual method

Of the three options for calculating the premium (as a percentage of earnings, a fixed amount, or both), you need to select the required one.

First way:

- on the page "Initial setup of the program" a checkbox is placed next to the line "We use the first method - accruing a percentage of earnings";

- after that, the window "Premium for the year (percent) (Accrual)" will appear;

- in the column "Calculation and indicators" there should be a flag opposite the line "The result is calculated";

- in the column "Formula" the mathematical calculation is indicated, which provides for the definition of this indicator as the product of the calculation base by the ratio of the percentage of premium to the number "100".

The second way:

- in the "Initial setup of the program" is set "We use the second method - the accrual of specific amounts in rubles";

- in the window "Premium for the year (amount) (Accrual)" in the column "Calculation and indicators" should indicate "The result is entered by a fixed amount."

The third way:

- in the "Initial setup of the program" is set to "We use both methods of calculating the annual premium";

- Both types of charges become available.

Payment Procedure

After determining the accrual method, click the "Next" button, which will lead to the choice of the payment procedure. There are also three of them.

The calculation of the bonus is carried out by decision of the management at the final payroll calculation. This option involves the selection of the amount or percentage of premiums for the year for each individual employee. In this case, the following manipulations must be performed:

- in the column "Accrual is fulfilled" is set to "Only if the value of the indicator is entered";

- based on the pre-selected method of accrual in the documents "Entering the annual bonus" or "Entering the annual bonus with interest" sets the amount of the bonus fee;

- in the document "Payroll and Contributions" the registration of the annual bonus is carried out.

Bonus accrual is performed during the inter-settlement period (separately from the salary):

- the column "Accrual is in progress" is filled in "According to a separate document";

- registration of accrual of the annual bonus is made in the document "Prize".

The bonus is calculated in one month along with the salary (provides for the annual accrual in a certain month):

- "Type of accrual" - "The size of the premium is assigned in advance using personnel documents";

- column "Accrual is fulfilled" - "In the listed months";

- Registration of the annual bonus is made in the document "Calculation of salaries and contributions."
