And the last in priority, but by no means significant, is the selection of personnel. Hire sellers, realizing that they will create the atmosphere in the outlet, and profit is largely determined by the professionalism of the staff.

Be prepared for such an unpleasant moment in the fruit trade, as spoiled goods. Think immediately about your policy towards it: you try to sell it at the old price (and it slowly deteriorates further) or sharply reduce the price so that you don’t completely throw away any leftovers. And be sure to consider some nice little things to attract customers, for example, free bags.
