If you do not have entrepreneurial experience yet, but want to start your own business, it makes sense to start by registering a small private company. The simplest legal form of all is an individual entrepreneur.

Go to the website of the tax service and download there a list of documents required for the registration of an individual entrepreneur. If you do not have access to the Internet, go to the tax authority at the place of registration and take the necessary forms there, in particular the application form Form N P21001. If you have questions about filling out documents, consult an inspector immediately. Also, upon receipt of the form, you must immediately take the details of this tax authority - for them you can pay the state fee.

At any bank or savings bank, pay the state fee for the state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur.

Fill in the forms and submit them together with the receipt of payment of state duty to the tax service. Please note: if you filled out the forms on the computer, you can’t add anything by hand to them, but if you filled them out by hand, take the same pen just in case.

The inspector will give you a receipt - it will indicate all the documents you have received and the date you took the decision to register the IP in connection with your application. The usual processing time for an application is five business days.

In the specified time you need to come to the tax office with a passport and a receipt. If your application is considered positive, then you will be issued the following documents: certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur, certificate of registration with the tax authority, extract from the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs (USRIP).

Take all the documents received and go to the bank - open a current account. Opening an account is a paid procedure. You will be given a card with a signature sample, you will need to notarize it. If you want, you can make a print, but this is not necessary.

Before submitting documents for registration of individual entrepreneurs, decide on the type of activity and think about how much it will be in demand. Otherwise, it may happen that your efforts are wasted.
