The EMERCOM fire license is issued for a period of five years in the Main Directorate of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. The license is valid throughout Russia. It is required for the installation, repair and maintenance of fire safety equipment.

To obtain a fire license of the Ministry of Emergencies, you will need an application for a license and the following documents:

1. notarized copies of constituent documents of a legal entity;

2. a notarized copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity;

3. a notarized copy of the TIN assignment certificate;

4. A copy of a certificate from Rosstat authorities on the assignment of OKPO and OKONKH codes;

5. a notarized extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) of a legal entity;

6. bank details of the legal entity;

7. document on the appointment of the general director of the legal entity (it must be certified by the company);

8. document on payment of the licensing fee.

To obtain a license, you may need other documents, for example, a lease agreement for the premises occupied by this legal entity; copies of labor books of its employees.

The licensing authority must review the application within 45 days and verify the accuracy of the information specified in the documents, as well as decide whether the license applicant complies with the licensing requirements. Further, the body decides to grant a license or to refuse to grant it. Both that, and another decision is made out by the order or the order. An order or order to grant a license together with the license shall be registered in the register of licenses. The license is sent to the licensee within three days after its registration.

If you were denied a license, then such a denial can be appealed to a court. It is worth remembering that the grounds for refusal are spelled out in the legislation. Legal grounds for refusing to issue a license are:

1. the presence of false or distorted information in the submitted documents;

2. non-compliance of the applicant for a fire license with licensing requirements;

3. The presence of a previously revoked fire license.
