How to get duplicate ogre

Sometimes, due to extraordinary circumstances, such as identity theft, accidental loss or natural disaster, your company registration certificate may be lost. If you lose the original of the Main State Registration Number, you need to know how to get a duplicate OGRN. A legal entity is prohibited from conducting activities of the organization without constituent documents. Without them, it is impossible to carry out any legal operation.

In order to get a duplicate OGRN, prepare the following documents:

1. Name of organization (LLC, IP, ZAO, OJSC), which should receive a copy of the certificate.

2. The state registration number of your company in the Federal Tax Service (OGRN for an enterprise, OGRNIP for an individual entrepreneur).

3. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

4. PPC for the organization (IP is absent).

5. Name of the Director General of the organization (IP), his passport data of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

7. The series and number of the lost certificate of state registration of the company with the tax authority.

All of the above data can be found in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities - USRLE, or USRIP for individual entrepreneurs. An extract should be ordered at the tax office at the place of registration.

Having properly prepared all the necessary documents, go to the IFTS of Russia at the place of registration of your organization, since you can get a duplicate of the PSRN (PSRIP) only there. Provide the appropriate tax officer with original copies of the duplicate documents contained in the registration file of your legal entity. An employee of the Federal Tax Service is required to certify each copy with the official seal, as well as put his signature on it. After that, pay the state fee for the issuance of a duplicate OGRN in the amount of 200 rubles. If a duplicate is required to be received urgently, then the state duty will amount to 400 rubles.

Submit to the tax inspector an application for the issuance of a duplicate OGRN. Write this application in free form. The duplicate issued to you of the Main State Registration Number of your legal entity (individual entrepreneur) by legal force is equal to the lost original. The duplicate must also be certified by the official stamp and signature of the tax officer responsible for this procedure.
