How to write analytical help

Analytical references may be required everywhere. This is a mandatory document when passing the certification of teachers, they are required by university students as confirmation of the study of special literature, they are written in production. We will consider what should be reflected in the information and analytical reference on the economic activity of a company, enterprise, firm.

Draw up the analytical report on a sheet of writing standard A4 paper (design requirements, fields according to GOST R 6.30-2003). For ease of reading, help should be printed on a computer. At the top, in the middle in capital letters write "Analytical Report".

Indicate general information about the enterprise: its name, legal address, state registration number, contact phone, fax, email address. If the company has its own website, indicate its address on the Internet. Provide information on the types of activities of the enterprise and the nature of ownership: state, private, participation in a bank holding company or financial and industrial groups, legal status.

In the analytical report reflect information about the history of the formation and development of the enterprise, their main stages, year of creation, acquisition or merger. If there were, then name changes.

Tell us about the structure of production and production activities of the company, its main areas. Describe the production and material and technical base, existing subsidiaries, their capacity, describe the products, raw materials base and available energy sources.

Give the range of products, reflect the main products and their groups, brands and models, taking into account the production departments. Give production statistics in quantitative and monetary terms over the past few years. Break down data by product type and by division and subsidiary.

Give an analysis of the economic condition of the enterprise - indicate its place in the ranking system at the country level and internationally, the place of the enterprise by income.

Analyze the effectiveness of the enterprise on the basis of data on the production and marketing of products. Predict future production volumes using the above statistics for several years. Draw a conclusion about the economic activity of the enterprise in question.
