Organize the delivery and installation of the kiosk at your chosen point - all the work will take you several days on the strength, although it will require the involvement of outside labor and equipment. Connect the stall to electricity by entering into an agreement with the electricity supplier.

Buy a standard set of trading equipment for a kiosk - wooden trays, metal racks, a refrigerator and scales. Also purchase a cash register that you will need to register with the tax authority. Such a set of commercial equipment for your purposes will be quite enough.

Find several sellers who will work at your kiosk, replacing each other. Many owners of outlets prefer to work in the stall on their own, only having to leave the workplace at the time of purchasing the goods.
