Early development centers have appeared in Russia recently. Every year their popularity is growing. This is due not only to the lack of places in state preschool educational institutions. Create a business plan that lists all expenses. Include the salary of teachers, the purchase of benefits, furniture, equipment, the cost of repair and rental of premises, advertising.

If you decide to rent a non-residential premises, start with a small footage. Two rooms - one 10-15 square meters, the other 20-15 square meters, will be enough. The first will serve as a locker room, and the second is intended for classes with teachers.

Prepare a contract for the provision of services that you will conclude with the parents of the pupils. Write in it the time of training, training programs, additional conditions and cost.

Buy teaching aids, furniture, toys. It’s not necessary to spend money on new things. Call the nearby kindergartens. There can be stored quite suitable tables and chairs, which can be purchased very inexpensively. And collect toys from friends whose children have already grown up. So your development center will be provided with everything you need with a minimum of costs.

Take care of the early development center advertising. Start with regular posters placed on bulletin boards in crowded places. Best of all, if there are nearby clinics, schools, kindergartens. This is where mothers with young children gather who will be interested in your proposal.
