Start preparing for the opening of your dry cleaning by solving the most complex problem - finding a room for it. The difficulty lies in the fact that this premise must meet a number of requirements, observing which, you and your institution may be out of reach for the mass of potential customers. At least 50 meters should separate the dry cleaning of clothes from any residential buildings or catering establishments, and in such a place they will most likely notice it soon. Nevertheless, successful solutions satisfying this condition can be found.

Make sure that the necessary engineering communications are established in the room that you searched for the dry cleaning equipment in it. Equipment used for cleaning clothes is equated with production equipment, and therefore consumes a lot of electricity. In addition, the functioning of dry cleaning requires an uninterrupted supply of water and a powerful system for its removal.

Buy dry cleaning equipment, not trying to provide huge production capacities to it yet. To begin with, a set of the most necessary “units” will be enough - a machine for processing clothes with perchlorethylene, a large ironing table, a compressor and a steam generator, several steam-air mannequins and a cab for removing stains. Add to this the furniture for storing clothes and a counter for its reception / delivery, and your dry cleaning service is ready to go.

Hire employees who will serve the company that provides dry cleaning services. It will take two workers (shift workers), two ironers and a clothes acceptor. It is better to select service personnel already with experience, since marriage in working with clients' clothes can cause serious troubles.
