First, register a branch in the territorial branch of the Federal Tax Service, presenting the originals and photocopies of documents, then contact the territorial local government with the originals and photocopies.

After the registration procedure, open a separate account. Order a branch seal. The branch will operate completely separately, but, nevertheless, all issues should be coordinated with the main enterprise. Also, a full report on activities and financial documents confirming expenses and tax deductions should be received from the branch every month.
