How to open a hospital

Today, one of the most profitable business projects is the project of organizing a private clinic. Make a business plan of the clinic, in which determine the goals and cost of implementing a future project. As a rule, in order for the clinic to immediately take its rightful place in the medical services market, it requires significant financial injections to open it, so you need to immediately determine sustainable sources of investment in the project.

Before you start looking for a room for a hospital, carefully study all the regulations governing the activities of medical institutions and familiarize yourself with the requirements for the sanitary condition, staff and equipment of modern clinics.

Choose a room for the clinic. Depending on what medical services your center will provide, determine the size of the room. So, for example, if you plan to open a small dental office, then a room of 25-30 square meters will be enough for you. If you have significant funds, then, if you wish, you can organize a dispensary specializing in various diseases. It is not difficult to find a room for a medical institution of this scale, especially since in many cities there are still, unfortunately, many empty buildings that require only redecoration.

Buy all the necessary equipment. When buying equipment, avoid unnecessary savings and enter into contracts only with serious manufacturers (if possible, foreign ones), as reliable suppliers will be able to provide quality equipment maintenance in the future.

Announce a competition for filling the vacant posts of full-time specialists of the clinic. Pay attention to what work experience applicants have for their positions, whether they have all the necessary diplomas and certificates.

Obtain a license to provide medical services. Present to the local branch of the Licensing Chamber a package of necessary documents, namely:

- a certified copy of the registration certificate of a legal or natural person;

- certified copies of diplomas and certificates of clinic specialists;

- The list of necessary medical equipment approved by the sanitary service;

- a detailed floor plan of the clinic.

Employees of the Licensing Chamber may request other documents related to the activities of the clinic. For example, in order for your clinic to be able to issue state-issued sick leave certificates to your clients, you will need to hire a specialist who already has a certificate for issuing temporary disability sheets, a certified copy of which you will have to submit to the Licensing Chamber.
