If you arrange the delivery, then conclude an agreement with the contracting companies in advance. There should be several for all occasions. For the transportation of goods over short distances, sign an agreement with a transport company, the arsenal of which includes trucks of different tonnage. For the delivery of urgent cargo over long distances, stock up on contracts with air carriers. Such services are provided by most airlines existing on the Russian market. To deliver non-urgent goods over long distances, sign an agreement with sea and river carriers. Their services will cost much less than sending by plane. Contact one of the logistics companies providing such services.

Organize cargo escort. Your representative must go to the company supplying the goods and collect there a full set of documents: the purchase and sale and transportation agreements signed on both sides, quality certificates, waybills, insurance, etc. All these documents will be needed along the way, especially if the products will go through customs.
