A low-income citizen is unlikely to turn to a realtor, driving around on an expensive foreign car and having a huge office in a prestigious area of ​​the city. And, on the contrary, it is very doubtful that a wealthy person will be interested in the services of an agent traveling by minibus and owning an office on the outskirts of the city. Good earnings do not depend on the level of sellers and buyers, but on the ability to work with them.

Invest a significant portion of your advertising in your company, especially at first, when no one else knows you. If money is still a little tricky, use the tried and tested "false ads" method. Constantly consider the experience of competitors. Hire a marketer or finish at least short courses yourself in order to always be up to date with the work of other real estate agencies, which, with the competent organization of research, can be done literally without leaving the office.
