Immediately it is worth noting that the apparatus for shooting should be really “serious” - not some kind of digital “soap box”, but a real “mirror”, preferably not lower than the class of the iconic Nikon D5100.

The second thing that is necessary in order to organize your business on the sale of photographic materials is, in fact, to be able to shoot. In order to make such shots for which they will pay, one upscale technique, alas, is not enough. It is always necessary to be in search of your best shot, to be able to think on a large-scale and constantly improve your skills, never stopping there. You should not hope for a well-caught random shot in this matter - you need to be at least a little artist in your soul and understand the theory of photography.

Now there are many sites on the network called photobanks that are always ready to cooperate with truly talented photographers. In fact, these sites are not directly involved in the purchase of photos, their task is to provide a wide selection of images for real buyers: site owners, the Internet and print media, just lovers of a good shot.

In other words, photobanks are nothing more than online trading platforms. They earn their “penny” in the form of commissions, which they receive from the sale of the image of a particular photographer. I must say that becoming a member of the system and gaining the right to place your work on one of these trading floors is not as simple as we would like. There is a whole system of special tests and exams for which anyone who wants to try himself as a professional photographer should be ready.
