10. The ability to share experiences. The leader of the success techniques will not make a secret, he willingly shares them. It helps others grow so that they can reach their potential. The head raises the general level of the company.

11. Resistance to stress. Experiencing the fate of the company, the head does not panic, he is calm in making serious decisions.

12. The feeling of being part of a team. A true leader suffers enterprise failures hard. A deep personal attitude to the business pushes him to improve further.
