In order to organize a hotel business, special documents are not required. To begin, register as a legal entity, purchase or rent a building, coordinate your activities with the SES, tax authorities, fire departments and other institutions.

When choosing a place for a hotel, proceed from the fact that for a hotel with 10 rooms, the total area of ​​the room should be at least 500 square meters. Well, if there are no competing organizations nearby, the building will be located far from the road, but also not on the most remote streets. Convenient access roads should be a big advantage. As for the type of premises, the best option would be to purchase a communal hostel. It is great for creating rooms, in addition, you do not have to spend money on redevelopment and reconstruction.

Then deal with capital, if necessary, and cosmetic repairs, purchase the necessary equipment. Furniture can be purchased at sales. In a small hotel, it should not be chic. The main thing you need to create is cosiness.
