If you decide to engage in farming, then first draw up a business plan. Agriculture, as you know, requires high costs - both labor and material. Therefore, a business plan will help to really assess all the necessary investments, compare them with the result and determine the payback period of costs. Of course, when registering with the tax authorities this document is not required, but if you plan to take a loan from a bank, you will need a business plan.

As for land, it can be acquired into the property, if funds permit, or rented. To do this, contact the local administration, where you will be allocated a plot, securing the transaction in the relevant agreement.

As soon as you solve the issue of land, you can safely go to the tax office and write a statement on the registration of a farm. In addition to the application, they will require an agreement on the establishment of a peasant (farm) farm, a copy of your passport as the head of the farm, a receipt on payment of the state registration fee.

You will need an agreement on the establishment of a farm if you intend to carry out activities together with partners. It should contain information on the composition of participants, their rights and obligations, the procedure for forming farm property, the authority of the head, the procedure for generating and distributing income from farming between members. If you plan to farm alone, then such an agreement is not required. But remember that you have the right to hire workers under an employment contract to attract labor.

Along with the documents for registering a farm, you can apply for a transition to a special tax regime (simplified tax system or single agricultural tax). State registration of a farm is carried out within 5 days from the date of submission of all documents.

When creating a farm, attention should be paid to such an important step as providing a material and production base. For a successful start of work, you will need to purchase equipment, supplies, build structures (sheds, barns, greenhouses, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to conclude agreements on heat supply, electricity and water supply, veterinary services, purchase of feed, fertilizers, seeds, etc.
