According to Article 11 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ, the circulation of alcohol and alcohol-containing products can be carried out not only by organizations, but also by individual entrepreneurs. That is why the right to sell this drink has any owner of a catering organization.

Do I need a license to trade beer in catering?

You should not be afraid of additional costs when selling beer in a public catering, since this type of activity is not subject to licensing. It is included in the list of exceptions, which is contained in paragraph 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ. That is why for trade in beer at a catering point, it is enough to make sure that there are no other restrictions established by the said normative act, after which you can conclude agreements with suppliers and proceed to the direct sale of this drink to the population.
