Presentation is a special event among the company's business events. This is a business advertising holiday, the essence of which is the presentation of the organization and the significant facts of its life: "birth", positive changes, the creation of new products (services). The duration of the presentation can be different: one event is enough for 10-15 minutes, the second for two to three hours, and the third will take the work week. Clearly define the goals and priorities of the presentation: for example, creating an image, attracting new customers, new partners (investors, suppliers, consumers), informing about innovations, establishing relations with the public, authorities, etc. The main thing is to attract the attention of the target audience, interest it, competently show prospects.

Define the main idea (plan, concept) of the presentation. Designate a place, date, and time. It is better to give presentations (with a duration of 1.5-2 hours) after lunch. Cocktail or buffet - at the end (duration 1-2 hours). Prepare invitations in advance. They should not be depersonalized - contact specific individuals. Indicate in the messages the place, date, presentation program, composition of participants, landmarks (address) and transport routes.

Prepare high-quality and, if possible, a variety of printing advertising products: press releases, leaflets, booklets, brochures, catalogs. At the presentation, thematic stands and tablets about the company are appropriate and desirable (for example, annual sales, sales geography, advanced training for employees, partners, and publications about the company in the press). The event will be revived by product samples, monitors with videos placed in the lobby.

Design a holiday script. The event is usually opened and hosted by a company official. This may be the head of PR or marketing services. The ability to speak, to own an audience is a must for such a person.

Develop a scenario for the optimal scheme for the company. It may include:

- meeting participants;

- Presentation of company managers to guests and (or) interesting guests, everyone present;

- showing a short (up to 12 minutes) video about the organization with plots related to an informational occasion, purpose and idea of ​​the presentation;

- brief messages (up to 5 minutes) of company representatives (no more than five people) on issues potentially interesting to participants — with a product demonstration, presentation of services (in action, in layouts, slides, multimedia displays);

- answers of representatives of the host company to guests' questions;

- guest appearances: comments, congratulations, wishes;

- handing guests souvenirs, branded promotional materials;

- Conducting the informal part of the presentation - a banquet (buffet) with an entertainment program (at your discretion).
