How to register with an entrepreneur in St. Petersburg

Those who decided to start their business in St. Petersburg, first need to collect all the necessary documents and submit them personally to the staff of the Unified Registration Center or send by mail. After that, you can engage in your chosen business.

You will need

• - passport;

• - SNILS;

• - TIN;

• - an application according to No. UTII -2 (UTII) or form 2-5-Accounting (USN);

• - applications for registration with the FSS, MHIF, PFR and Rosstat.

Decide what business you want to open as an individual entrepreneur. According to the OKVED reference book, at least 3 different types of economic activity should be selected.

Assure the notary documents (passport, SNILS, TIN) if you send them in a registered letter. In addition, foreign citizens in any case need to certify copies of documents translated into Russian, as well as a residence permit or a temporary residence permit.

Fill out the application form P21001, the form of which can be downloaded from the websites www.nalog.ru or www.gosuslugi.ru. In the application, indicate personal data (name, date of birth, gender, citizenship, contact phone number and address) with numbers and series of attached documents. Indicate the selected areas of economic activity. To send the application by mail, make sure that each sheet is signed by a notary.

Indicate in the application a list of all necessary documents, a taxation system (according to the types of economic activity). Fill out the application for the number of UTII -2 (UTII) or form 2-5-Accounting (STS) for tax registration

Pay the state fee to the ECR account in the prescribed amount. Contact the staff of the Unified Registration Center in person or send the documents in a registered letter to the address: 191124, St. Petersburg, ul. Red textile worker, d. 10-12, letter "O". Wait until the certificate of registration of the enterprise is ready. This will happen after 5 business days. Get it together with registration documents, extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises, statistics codes and a certificate from extrabudgetary funds. With a notice and a passport, contact the post office at your place of residence to receive documents if you sent them for registration by registered mail.
