It includes a decision to open a branch (the founder of the company or general meeting, if there are two or more, or a meeting of shareholders). In the same document, you can prescribe the approval of the regulations on the branch (this document describes the procedure for its work and its reporting) and the corresponding changes in the charter.

It is also necessary to make the approved changes to the charter and prepare a copy of its new edition or several originals - depending on the orders in a particular region (a copy is usually required in Moscow).

Then you need to fill out a message about opening a branch, an application for amendments to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and the necessary state fees are paid. Payments must be made from the account of the company, otherwise the tax will not count them (although there are exceptions).

All these documents should be contacted by the tax office serving the legal address of the company’s head office, or by a special registration office.

If all the documents are in order, you need to get a certified certified copy or the original of the new edition of the charter, the current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and other papers within five days.

If the branch does not plan to hire workers, nothing else needs to be done. If there is a need for the creation of stationary jobs for a period of more than a month, a number of body movements will have to be undertaken at the location of the branch.

First of all, register as a taxpayer at his legal address (the issue with the legal address should be resolved before all the papers are prepared, since they are usually reflected in them).

And then - in the local offices of the Pension Fund, the Social Insurance Fund and the Territorial Fund for Mandatory Medical Insurance, where they will make deductions for the employees of the branch.
