First of all, develop an idea that will be laid in the foundation of your business (production and sale of a product, retail, franchise, etc.). Choose the legal form of the enterprise, according to the current legislation (LLC, OJSC, ZAO, etc.), on which the rights and obligations of the new enterprise, internal regulations and external relations depend.

Now register an enterprise. This requires a legal address. Great if you own a non-residential premises. You can provide the leased premises as a legal address.

Provide a package of documents: a statement, a protocol on the decision to create a legal entity, constituent documents of a legal entity, an extract from the registry and a document confirming the payment of the fee. Also attach information about the CEO, chief accountant, the ratio of the shares of the co-founders and the size of the authorized capital.

Open a bank account with which various cash transactions will be performed. At the time of opening, funds must be credited to the current account at least 50% of the authorized capital. Do not forget to inform the tax authorities, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the Social Insurance Fund about opening an account.
