Motives most often differ: practical people usually talk about the prospects of a contract and pay attention to logical reasons (security and benefit). Beginners very often deviate from the topic and start a conversation about the emotional component in future cooperation (convenience, the desire to cooperate with you). In any case, try not to succumb to persuasion and flattery.

Offer the client several situations that are related to your planned cooperation, and evaluate the speed of his reaction in order to understand whether you should rely on him in case of unforeseen situations.
