Consider briefly the industry in which you work. Give the main general indicators, describe the development of this sphere, prospects and growth dynamics. If your position is far from leading, do not focus on this. Tell us about your pace of development, increasing volumes, increasing your customer base. Be sure to mention business relationships with industry leaders. If you are considered the main business players in your industry, tell us about your influence on the entire industry as a whole, as well as about work on a national scale.

Tell us in a few capacious phrases about the work of the company, its mission and main goals. Try to emphasize how this company differs from similar ones. List the basic principles and methods of work, pay attention to innovation and know-how, describe the structure of the company.

Gather all the statistical information about your company, which will serve as the basis for the presentation. You should not give dry numbers as an example: make a visual graph or chart, providing them with comments. List the most significant economic indicators.

Dwell on the most significant personalities of the organization. Try to list those employees whose contribution to the company was most significant. If the company has existed for a long time, pay special attention to the "veterans" who have devoted their entire working life to this company.

Summarize the work for the entire period. List the main achievements of the organization, list the available awards, victories, major tenders or the conquest of new markets.

Consider the goals and long-term plans of the organization. Regardless of the purpose of the characteristics, the detailing of future projects will have a positive effect on the image of the company. Immediate plans will help attract new investors, as well as serve as additional motivation for the company employees.
