The head of the enterprise draws up an order for employment in the form T-1, indicates the necessary details of the organization, the subject of the document. Verify the document with the seal of the organization, familiarize the employee with the order for signature.

Conclude an employment contract with the employee in which you write down the rights and obligations of the parties, indicate the position for which the employee has been accepted, and also write that it is part-time for him. A contract with a part-time employee can be concluded both for an indefinite period, and the conclusion of a fixed-term employment contract is allowed. A part-time specialist is allowed to work no more than four hours a day in his spare time from his main job. The employment contract should be concluded in two copies, one should be handed over to the employee, the other should be left in the personnel service.
