Education

Ruslan Baysarov was born in the Grozny district in 1968. Chechen by nationality. He came out of a large family, which is a teip khachara, participation in which many famous people of the Republic of Chechnya can boast.

After graduation, Ruslan went to Moscow and successfully passed the entrance exams to the engineering and construction university. But as soon as the young man began to master himself as a student, he was drafted into the army. After completing military service, I didn’t leave education.

He transferred to the Grozny Oil Institute and a few years later received the specialty of an engineer-economist.
A few years later, in 2001, Ruslan graduated from Moscow State University. Lomonosov with a master's degree in sociology.

Career

Baysarov began to earn while still studying. Then in the field of his interests were computers. After moving to Moscow, he completely devoted himself to his first major project - a beauty studio. But soon Ruslan Sulimovich decided to stop activities in the entertainment sector: he drew attention to the oil refining industry, which had long been interested in him. Working with the soul, the businessman achieved considerable success during this period. He began his "oil" career at the Moscow Fuel Company. Ruslan Baysarov introduced a project that allowed optimizing the work of hundreds of organizations through the creation of an innovative program for calculating fuel consumption. In fact, it was a project for processing electronic payments - a card system for buying motor fuel by drivers of companies with large fleets. The project interested both core companies and government agencies. As a result, the software created under the leadership of Ruslan Baysarov was installed at more than 2000 gas stations throughout Russia. At the same time, the businessman opened his own fuel company, which distilled 1.5 million fuel at the Moscow Oil Refinery.

Over the next decade, the businessman managed to work in leadership positions in the most respected specialized companies of the Moscow fuel and energy complex and manage such enterprises as Moscow Oil Refinery OJSC, Mosnefteprodukt OJSC, Moscow Fuel Company OJSC.

In the conditions of continuous development and professional growth, an ambitious entrepreneur could not help but think about implementing his own projects and expanding business boundaries. Ruslan Baysarov took up a new business and in 2011 founded and headed the Tuva Energy Industrial Corporation. Its main task is the development of mineral resources of the region, for which a license was acquired to develop one of the richest coal deposits - the Elegest deposit. As part of the development of this section, large-scale works are being carried out, however, far beyond its borders: this is the construction of a 410-kilometer railway (the first railway in Tyva in principle), and the construction of a coal deep-water terminal in the Khabarovsk Territory. All this will facilitate and optimize the supply of coal from the Elegest deposit for export.

In addition, in 2015-2016, Ruslan Baysarov was able to buy back a controlling stake in one of the oldest and most respected SK Most group of companies in the country.
