Along with the charter, quality and economy policies, legislative documents, commercial and non-profit enterprises also act on the basis of the regulation. The regulation on the enterprise determines the status of the organization, the functions and tasks performed by it, the order of activities, etc. There are no established requirements for the content and execution of a regulation on an enterprise. Therefore, the organization has the right to draw up a regulation on the enterprise on the basis of model provisions, reflecting its specificity in it.

Instruction manual

1

A prerequisite for the preparation of the document is the presence in the upper right corner of the data on the approval of the provision. Usually, this is the stamp “Approve”, position, surname, initials, signature of the person of the parent organization and the date of approval. The stamp confirming the position is certified by the seal of the same parent organization. The name of the document is the entire phrase that refers to the word "Regulation

"(For example, " Regulation on the enterprise ", " Regulation on the structural unit ").

2

The content of the regulation on the enterprise itself includes sections (parts), the names of which do not have specific requirements. Generally, generally accepted headings are used to name sections of an enterprise regulation, such as: "General Provisions", "Basic Tasks", "Functions", "Basic Rights and Responsibilities", "Organizational Structure", "Relationships", "Performance Measurement".

3

Section "General Provisions" contains general information about the enterprise, full and abbreviated name; to whom it is subordinated and by whom the enterprise is headed, by whom it is appointed and by whom it is released, the competence of the head. The same section lists the documents that guide the company. This may also include additional information on the availability of official forms and seals of the organization.

4

The “Main Tasks” and “Functions” interpret global goals set by the enterprise and tasks that need to be addressed during the period of activity; lists all types of work (preparation, development, support, participation, implementation, etc.) necessary to achieve the intended goals.

5

The rights and duties assigned to the enterprise through the head are described in the section "Rights and Obligations". It indicates what can be prohibited, controlled and what to demand from the team, what actions to take to implement the functions.

6

The title of the Relationships section speaks for itself. In this part, the interaction of the enterprise with external organizations and internal structures (if any) is formulated in the production process.

7

In the position of the enterprise, a separate part can be distinguished by whom and how the control of the activities of the enterprise is carried out, the timing of inspections and the frequency of reporting documents, etc. You can enter a section that indicates who is authorized to reorganize and liquidate the enterprise, and describes the procedure for conducting these steps.

8

The regulation on the enterprise is signed by the head and agreed with the main executives of the enterprise (chief engineer, chief accountant, deputy for personnel and regime, etc.). It is issued in one original copy, which is deposited in the office or directorate of the enterprise. If necessary, copies of this document are made.

note

The approval of the "Regulations on the enterprise" can be carried out by a regulatory document (order, order) or approved directly by the head of a higher organization.

Useful advice

The activities of the head of the enterprise can be distinguished in the position of the enterprise as a separate section, which will contain subsections for the head: "General Provisions", "Qualification Requirements and Necessary Level of Knowledge", "Basic Responsibilities", "Rights", "Responsibility".
