How to register a public policy

A person’s entrepreneurial activity begins with his registration at the local inspection of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. To obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur, you need to know which documents and which state agency to provide.

The first thing to do is to contact the tax service at the place of residence to obtain a certificate of entry of individual entrepreneurs in the unified state register and a certificate of registration with the tax authority. Residence refers to the address where you are officially registered.

In order to register for the registration of non-profit insurance, you need to provide an application written in the prescribed form (your signature must be notarized), a receipt of payment of the state duty in the original, a passport and a copy of it (all sheets with notes), a copy of the TIN certificate, a copy of the pension insurance certificate.
Each document containing more than one sheet must be stitched and numbered.

Then you have to decide on the type of activity. The form of accounting and reporting, as well as the tax system, depend on it. When writing an application for state registration as an SPMN, be the first to indicate your main activity. After that write the rest. If you subsequently begin to engage in activities that are not indicated in the application, it will be necessary to make changes to the Unified State Register of Taxes and Entrepreneurship.
Within five business days from the receipt of the documents, state registration of you as an individual entrepreneur is carried out.

To switch to a simplified taxation system, after registration, when registering with the tax authorities, file a standard application. If there are no restrictions, the IFTS will issue you an authorization document.

After you have received a certificate of an entrepreneur without the formation of a legal entity, you need to inform the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service about the opening of a bank account.
If necessary, order a seal, a stamp.

To maintain tax and financial reporting, purchase forms of strict financial reporting, open a book of accounting for income and expenses in the prescribed form, or keep records in electronic form using special programs.
