Register with the tax authorities IP or LLC. Get a certificate of registration, extract from the USRIP / Unified State Register of Legal Entities and OKVED statistics codes from Goskomstat. Register the seal of the future treatment room in the MCI. Open a bank account and apply for cash register and organization forms at the tax office. Buy a franchise from a large network of laboratories (which will slightly facilitate your subsequent work, but require an increase in fees) or enter into a service contract with a regular laboratory.

Find the right room for your treatment room. To do this, first familiarize yourself with the current sanitary and epidemiological rules for the organization of such institutions. The room must necessarily have a separate entrance, be connected to all communications, have a compartment for equipping a place for storing consumables and analyzes. It is desirable to have a bathroom (or the possibility of its equipment) and the permission of the lessor to lay out the water supply for sinks. The premises should be located in an area with developed infrastructure for the convenience of customers and the efficiency of order execution. Immediately solve all issues related to the delivery and storage of samples and materials for analysis, since timely delivery is the most important condition for the smooth operation of the office.

Invite the employees of the SES and the fire department to give you a positive opinion on the compliance of the premises with all standards and requirements.

Purchase equipment from reliable suppliers. Equipment can be domestic production, especially since its cost is cheaper than imported. Conclude contracts with suppliers of consumables.

Announce a competition to fill the vacant posts of doctors and nurses. If you do not have a medical education, then you must have a specialist in the state who has a license to provide medical services and at least 5 years of work experience.

Contact the Licensing Chamber with an application for a license to provide medical services. You will need the following documents:

- A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise (IP, LLC);

- constituent documents (copies);

- conclusion of SES and fire protection (copies);

- documents (copies) confirming your rights (or your employees) to provide medical services (diplomas, certificates);

- receipt of payment of state duty.

Please note: in order for clients to learn about the treatment room, you must independently negotiate with those doctors in clinics or hospitals who could recommend you to patients.
