How to register an LLC in Moscow yourself

In order to register a limited liability company, you must fill out the form p11001, submit the necessary package of documents, including a receipt on the fact of payment of the state duty and submit it to the tax office at the location of the company being created. Fill out the form p11001, in which on the first page write the legal form of the company, which in this case corresponds to a limited liability company. Write the full and abbreviated name of the organization in accordance with the constituent documents. Indicate the address of the location of the enterprise (zip code, region, city, town, street name, house, building, office number) or the address of the physical person who can act on behalf of the company without a power of attorney and the contact number of the organization.

On the second sheet of the form, enter the number of founders of the company, on sheet B of this form, enter the last name, first name, middle name of the individual, details of the identity document, address of residence, contact phone number. Fill in the number of sheets B of the document, which corresponds to the number of founders of the Limited liability company.

Indicate the size of the authorized capital, which can be no more than ten thousand rubles, if the contribution is made in cash, no more than twenty, if in the form of property.

Enter the number of economic activities on the third page of the form. On sheet M, indicate the code of the type of activity and the name of the type of activity in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activity. Assure the completed application with a notary.

Make a decision or protocol on the establishment of the Company, the document must be signed by the director of the enterprise.

Pay the state fee in the amount of four thousand rubles and present a receipt or bank statement confirming the payment of the fee.

Submit an application in the form p11001, a receipt on payment of a duty, the charter of an enterprise, a decision on the establishment of the Company to the tax authority. If you have chosen a simplified tax system, fill out the application for the transition to it. After seven days, you will receive registered documents, order a seal and begin to carry out activities.
