How to register an emergency in Russia

There is no such legal form as a state of emergency, whether it is a private entrepreneur or a private enterprise, in Russia as of 2011. However, you can become an individual entrepreneur, abbreviated IP. To do this, you need to register with the tax office.
You will need

- - a completed application for registration of IP;
- - reference code of OKVED;
- - notarial services;
- - receipt of payment of state duty.

First of all, you need to fill out an application for registration as an individual entrepreneur. In many regions, its form can be taken from the tax inspectorate, but in some constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in particular, Moscow, it is problematic and more realistic to find this document on the Internet, download and fill out on a computer.

Filling out the application, despite its large volume, is not difficult. The necessary data is entered on the basis of an identity document, and the certificate of assignment of INN. Sections that are not related to you simply do not need to be filled out. For example, an adult Russian citizen should not write anything in columns intended for a foreigner's passport, confirmation of the legality of his residence in the Russian Federation and documents on the legal capacity of a minor. Do not write anything also in sections intended for filling out by a notary and tax employees.

The application must indicate the tax office number to which it is addressed. In a number of regions, territorial tax inspectorates are involved in the registration of individual entrepreneurs; in others, individual registrations are involved. If you do not know the situation at your place of residence, use the help of the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. On its main page there is a link to the "Find IFNS" service. The search is carried out at the registration address. If in the results you see a separate registration inspection, you should contact there. Otherwise, to the one where you are registered as a taxpayer.

The section on OKVED codes deserves special attention. There should be at least one, there is no upper limit. If there is not enough space, you need to copy in the right amount the page allocated for them.
The first one you indicate will be the one that will be your main one, then the rest in random order. The codebook can be found on the Internet, it is better to use proven resources, for example, the help legal systems "Consultant" and "Guarantor", where the most relevant information is always available. If did not find a code that strictly matches the intended type of activity, write the closest in meaning.

Do not rush to sign the completed and printed application. It is better to do this in the presence of a notary public (his visa is mandatory on the document). Fasten the application sheets, on the back in the place of bonding, glue the paper with the date, number of sheets and signature.

Pay the state fee through Sberbank. You can generate a receipt using the service for processing a payment order on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The tax inspection is searched at your registration address. Therefore, if your territorial inspection is not involved in the registration of IPs, immediately indicate the registration number and indicate that you need its details, with the corresponding request from the site.

Take the finished package of documents to the tax office and in five days you will receive a certificate of state registration and an extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises.
