He is obliged to keep work books on them. If the employee does not have a work book, the entrepreneur must purchase it. But the value of the form can be retained from the first salary of the employee.

As a heading in the column of the section "Information about the job" devoted to career advancement, the full name of the entrepreneur must be indicated. For example: "Individual Entrepreneur Pupkin Vasily Sergeevich".

Abbreviations are not allowed.

In the absence of an employee who is responsible for maintaining personnel documentation, the entrepreneur himself must fill out a work book.

If the workbook is started for an employee who did not have one before, the title page is filled out by the entrepreneur or the employee responsible for the personnel documentation on the basis of the employee's passport and his document on education and special training, if one is required for his position.

The record keeping procedure is exactly the same as in the organization. Each is assigned a serial number, the date of entry, the meaning of the career change (employment, dismissal, transfer to another position, assignment of rank, if relevant, etc.) is indicated.
