Filling out the payment order correctly means guaranteeing timely receipt of funds to the opponent. The sequence for filling out this financial document is as follows:

First, indicate the name of this document in the field "payment order". In the upper right corner, you must specify the form of the payment order, which is indicated in the form of a number according to OKUD OK 011-93 (unified banking system). Indicate the number of the payment order, the date of execution at the place where you indicated the name of the document (field "payment order", "payment date").

In the "type of payment" field, indicate how the payment is made: by mail, telegraph or electronically. If the payment is made within the branch, then this field is not filled.

In the column "Amount of payment in words" indicate in words the amount of transferred funds. The amount must be indicated with a capital letter and in words. There is also a column where the same amount is indicated in numbers, it is slightly lower.

Next, you need to specify your data, that is, the data of the payer. You write your full name, account number in a bank or credit organization, TIN, if assigned.

In the column "payer's bank" it is necessary to indicate the details, BIC of the banking institution through which the payment is made.

In the field "beneficiary" you need to specify the details of the recipient of funds, his current account with a bank or credit institution. Do not fill in the items next to the instructions of the bank ("due date", "payment details"). But the columns "type of payment" and "purpose of payment" must be completed. You can indicate correctly the data that the bank consultant will tell you.
