If the information was not included in the constituent documents, fill out the application on form P14001. When changing the leader, this document is signed by the new director and is also certified by a notary. Also in this case, you will need an order to accept a new director for a leadership position. And in both cases, in the applications it is necessary to fill out the application, where there is a list of all attached documents.

Whatever changes are made, provide all the collected documents to the tax authority in person and be sure to take it from the official who accepted their receipt. Or send by mail with a list of investments and declared value. If you will send the package by mail, mark "Registration" on the envelope. In this case, the receipt should be sent to you in response to the next day after receiving your letter. This document should have the date of receipt of your documents. And within five days from this moment should be registered changes.

Then you will need to receive a document from the tax office confirming the entry of the change in the register. This can be done by both the applicant himself and his representative by proxy. Along with this confirmation, do not forget to pick up all the documents you submitted earlier, including the decision.
