Instruction manual

1

Go to the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia http://www.nalog.ru/ , which presents a new, most convenient service that allows you to check the details of your counterparty and get information from the source. Here you will get access to the information contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as of the date of application.

2

Select the tab in the horizontal top menu "Electronic Services". On the page that opens, find the "Check yourself and the counterparty" section, which allows you to access directly to the database you need. To go click on the section name or type the address of the service http://egrul.nalog.ru/ in the search line.

3

To make a request on the USRLE database, enter in the active fields all the information you have about the organization you are interested in. In this case, it is not necessary to fill in all the fields, it is enough that you know. This can be a TIN, PSRN, SRN or the name of the company. To speed up the search, you can enter the other details of the company known to you (registration date, address, etc.). So you do not have to choose the desired organization from the list proposed by the system. Enter the special code indicated on the page next to the active window and click the "search" button. Here you can find out all the information you are interested in related to the state registration of the counterparty and changes in status.

Useful advice

Having received such information, you can take it into account when deciding on a partnership, but do not leave other opportunities to check your partner. Since the companies listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities may no longer exist in fact, because all the procedures related to the liquidation of the enterprise have not been completed, and therefore, information about such changes in the register will not yet be.
